(TITC) – According to information from Vietnam Airlines, the airline has just officially launched the One S program - A different Vietnam on its digital platform to promote experiential and interactive tourism through technology application.
The program is aimed towards customers who have the same passion for traveling and exploring the country. One S - A different Vietnam is described as a travel diary, allowing participants to record destinations around the Vietnam. The highest goal is to conquer all 63 provinces and cities on the S-shaped land and 22 connecting airports.
To participate in the programme, customers need to download the latest version of the Vietnam Airlines mobile application and access the One S section. They can then log in or register for a Golden Lotus account, which is the loyalty program of Vietnam Airlines. Once the One S program is activated, participants will receive "Airport Stamps" and "Local Stamps" when they complete a valid flight or check-in, respectively.
The "Local Stamps" feature utilises augmented virtual reality (AR) check-in technology. This means that participants can collect stamps in real time as they visit different locations. The system will store and update the information and progress of the journey. Participants will also have the opportunity to complete monthly, quarterly and yearly challenges, and receive attractive rewards from Vietnam Airlines and its partners upon successful completion.
Besides performing the main mission, players who do not take flights can still participate in interactive activities in One S such as playing Monopoly minigames, lucky boxes...
Vietnam Airlines informed that the gift store in the game prepared by this company includes airline tickets, gift cards, Lotusmiles membership cards, beautiful card numbers, unique identification symbols of the program... Besides, customers can also enjoy many other benefits (vouchers for sightseeing tickets, restaurants, hotels) from sponsors and partners from all provinces and cities.
Mr. Dang Anh Tuan, Deputy General Director of Vietnam Airlines, shared that through One S, Vietnam Airlines hopes to bring a unique combination of travel experience and social interaction, contributing to promoting the strengths and attractiveness of all localities across the country and pushing tourism development.
To create favorable conditions for participants in the first phase of the program, Vietnam Airlines launches promotion (a discount code of up to 30% for domestic flights) for customers who download the One S application and experience the game.
The airline also launched ticket sales at the same price of VND 999,000 /segment for short flights (including taxes and fees) and VND 1,199,000 /segment for long flights (including taxes and fees). Offer not applicable on flights between Ha Noi and Ho Chi Minh City. Ticket purchase time is from 19 March 2024 to 25 March 2024, flight time is in the first 2 weeks of May, September, October 2024.
