Lovers of flowers, mountain towns, and the dreamy city of Dalat eagerly await the end of the year, which marks the most beautiful season in this "land of a thousand flowers." The season of misty clouds, delicate pink grass, bright red persimmons hanging on branches, wild sunflowers, and countless other blooms is fast approaching. It is also when the city hosts the Dalat Flower Festival, one of the region's most anticipated cultural and tourism events.

This year, "Symphony of Colors" is the theme of the Dalat Flower Festival, which will run throughout December. There is no need to rush, as visitors to Dalat can admire the flowers, enjoy special art programs, and participate in unique cultural tourism experiences throughout December.

The opening ceremony will take place on December 5th, 2024, at Lam Vien Square by Xuan Huong Lake, in the heart of the city. From here, lovely and vibrant floral displays will spread in many directions along pedestrian streets and into parks. Dalat has elevated flower gardens and landscape design into an art form, with each sophisticated creation blending nature and human ingenuity. The development of agriculture has made Dalat a tourism hotspot in Vietnam. This fertile region produces vegetables, fruit, silk, tea, and coffee. During the festival, Dalat will introduce these products to the public through various seminars, exhibitions, trade promotions, and vegetable-flower markets.
