Vietnamese Foreign Minister Bui Thanh Son and United States Secretary of State Anthony Blinken are scheduled to hold their first annual dialogue during the former’s current working trip to the US from March 23 to 29, in an effort to materialise the comprehensive strategic partnership between the two countries.

Vietnam will experience a breakthrough in foreign direct investment (FDI) attraction to the fields of technology, renewable energy, health, banking and real estate, according to world media.

Vietnam views the US to be its most important partner, especially in terms of economics and trade, National Assembly (NA) Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue said at a meeting with a business delegation of the US-ASEAN Business Council (USABC) held on March 20 in Hanoi.
